About Hillary's Work
As a talented entrepreneur in her own right, Hillary brings cracker-jack business sense and savvy to Boldt’s operations, along with some well-honed writing and editing skills. While she can do just about anything, Hillary is in charge of Boldt’s policies and procedures, manages projects, collaborates with Lesli on proposals and business development, helps us set our business priorities, manages budget-related activities...and reads all of the fine print.
About Hillary
Hillary was born and raised in Winnipeg, but has spent her adult life discovering the various wonders (and ski opportunities) in Ontario, British Columbia, and Innsbruck, Austria. After graduating with an MBA, Entrepreneurship, from the University of Victoria, Hillary spent six years at AbeBooks (now a division of Amazon) working in communications, marketing and product management. With a passion for small business development, Hillary has spent the past four years assisting with business launch and growth strategies for start-ups (in the process learning to properly use words such as "gamification”). Hillary has recently returned to Canada after an adventurous time living in Europe. She has a gorgeous 6-year-old Mädchen with her Austrian husband and is pleased to report she still remembers how to speak Canadian....eh?
